ABOUT
Founded in Rovato in 1968, Eural Gnutti has always been a champion of Made in Italy innovation. It is positioned on the market as a world leader in the production of drawn bars in aluminium alloy and one of the main players in the extruded bars and profiles sector.
A solid entrepreneurial history rooted in family values, thanks to the forward-thinking vision of founder Oreste Gnutti. Since its inception, the company has focused on expertise, commitment and innovation. Leadership has spanned three generations, from the guidance of his sons Giuliano and Sergio to the current presidency of Paola Gnutti. The family management of the company has always been a guarantee of continuity and strategic consistency. Today, Eural Gnutti is a manufacturing excellence in aluminium processing, internationally recognised for quality, reliability and sustainability.
The core business is round, square, hexagonal and rectangular bars in aluminium alloys, which account for about 90% of total production. More than 70% of the latter is destined for export. Specifically, 60% goes to key markets in Europe, namely Germany, Spain, France and the United Kingdom, and the remaining 10% is exported to the United States, Mexico and Asian countries. Finally, aluminium profiles, which account for approximately 10% of production, are mainly destined for the Italian market, with 30% of sales in Europe and non-EU countries.

FACTORIES
The Pontevico foundry, in operation since 1985, is dedicated to the production of billets. Specifically, it has two casting lines, served by a double-chamber melting furnace and holding furnaces. Specifically, the plant produces billets that comply with class "A" of the SAE AMS-STD-2154 standard, ensuring excellent structural integrity, which is essential for the most challenging applications. The presence of a foundry connected to the extrusion plant allows direct control over every stage of production. This translates into long-term consistency between different castings and, for customers, the assurance of stable aluminium quality over time.

The Rovato plant, in operation since 1968, is the heart of bar and profile production. This is where semi-finished products take shape, through the stages of extrusion, drawing and heat treatment. Equipped with the most advanced technologies, the plant has five extrusion lines: three reverse presses for bars and two direct presses for profiles.
