ESG
ESG issues, considered a priority by Eural Gnutti, emerge from an in-depth materiality analysis involving internal staff, management, suppliers and customers, in line with the sustainable development goals (SDGs) relevant to the company's activities. In line with this vision, the company continues on its path, determined to reduce CO2 emissions and pollutants through processes with low impact on health and the environment. The entire production process is based on the principles of the circular economy, thanks to advanced technologies that reduce the ecological footprint and enhance resources, generating shared value for industry and the local area.
ENVIRONMENTAL
In the environmental field, Eural Gnutti focuses its efforts on three priority areas: management of atmospheric emissions, proper waste management and strategies aimed at adopting circular economy practices. The company's environmental policy aims to prevent soil, air and water pollution, optimise energy performance and reduce waste. The central objective is the reuse of raw materials and waste through the internal recirculation of process water and the recovery of aluminium scrap.
Eural Gnutti's focus on environmental sustainability translates into a structured management system: the company has obtained ISO 50001:2018 certification, focused on energy efficiency, and validated an Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001:2015, which certifies effective governance of environmental impacts, risks and opportunities, with a view to continuous improvement.
SOCIAL
Eural Gnutti puts people first, promoting a safe and responsible working environment. The company stands out for its integrated approach to prevention, based on continuous training, operational measures and a certified management system.
In 2023, it aligned its procedures with the UNI EN ISO 45001:2023 standard, developing a Safety Management System shared with employees and suppliers. In terms of social responsibility, Eural applies the principles of the SA 8000 standard, ensuring fair working conditions throughout the supply chain and promoting respect for fundamental rights.
Corporate welfare is also central to supporting workers in a complex economic context. Social awareness extends to the local area through initiatives that benefit the local community: donations to hospitals, voluntary associations and cultural organisations testify to a concrete commitment that unites business, people and solidarity.
GOVERNANCE
Transparency and integrity at the top define Eural's identity, which stands out as a family company with solid governance geared towards continuity. Family ownership is its strength, guaranteeing strategic vision and consistent values over the long term. The Board of Directors, chaired by Paola Gnutti, consists of six members and adopts a structured, sustainability-oriented management model.
The company has implemented the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, a strategic tool that reinforces the culture of legality, promotes transparency in decision-making processes and ensures a structured approach to the prevention of corporate crimes. This structure guarantees leadership that is consistent with the ethical values of the company, ready to respond with rigour and vision to market challenges.
