Efficient and connected production: Eural Gnutti's production efficiency stems from the digital integration between the Pontevico plant and the Rovato extrusion plant. At Eural Gnutti, research and development are at the heart of the aluminium supply chain, enabling the company to constantly innovate in order to excel. The activity develops along two main lines: on the one hand, in the design of advanced aluminium alloys, capable of combining industrial efficiency, decarbonisation and ESG responsibility, thanks in part to the increasing use of recycled aluminium.

On the other hand, in the continuous updating of production technologies, with investments that embrace the evolution of plants and thermal and mechanical treatments of semi-finished aluminium products. This approach makes Eural Gnutti a valuable choice on the market.



CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN ACTION

The Eural model

The circular economy is put into action in Eural Gnutti's industrial model. The company is characterised by a production system geared towards the efficient recovery of resources and the reduction of environmental impact throughout the entire life cycle of aluminium.

The production of billets is based on an average percentage of 74% recycled material, coming from industrial scrap (pre-consumer) and scrap (post-consumer). This approach makes it possible to reduce the carbon footprint and optimise energy consumption.

In fact, aluminium recycling requires only 5% of the energy needed for production from virgin raw materials and generates seven times less CO2 emissions. This virtuous process paves the way for more innovative, high-performance and sustainable solutions.

To guarantee the highest standards throughout the supply chain, the Quality department selects and monitors partners according to strict criteria, constantly verifying compliance, traceability and process robustness.

With this in mind, Eural Gnutti also promotes active collaboration on sustainability issues, involving its network in the definition of shared environmental policies, with the aim of developing an increasingly responsible supply chain aligned with the principles of the circular economy and the ESG approach.
